General information of product:

This component is designed specially for volume big jar,improved according to German original imported product,applicable for beer,alcohol,citric acid and pharmacy industries.It is installed in the center of the 60~600m³ ferment jar and beer-cleaning jar.The design and dimension of jar top component can be allocated a maximum operation pressure according to clients detail application.The component is composed by safe flat cover,vacuum proofing valve,safety valve(spring type or heavy hammer type),check valve(spring type or heavy hammer type),check valve(or gas and liquor separator),lighting mirror,CIP interface pipe and jar cleaner(or spray ball).It has advantages of voltage preservation and stability,vacuum proof,air drain and autorinse.

Equipment characteristics:

Spring type vacuum valve and safety valve are designed with double supporting surfaces,with a high precision and correct reset;

All seal surfaces are designed with double seal surfaces with a good seal effect,not easy to leak;

Full new asepsis sanitary design with inner rinse setting,it can rinse the inner valve door and get rid of sanitary dead corner;

At the bottom of spring type vacuum valve,an air driven exhaustion setting is set,it can drain liquor or CIP cleaning solution residues from valve body;

Clear and complete rinse,the washing ball sprays in scope of 360°,without dead corner in jar.
